I am the best updater in the WORLD!

Ha....so I never write on my blog.

Anybody else notice?

Hmmm...my bad!

I figured I should update it since every one keeps harassing me about it, so here we go! Jason and I have been up to the same stuff as usual, but thankfully the weather is starting to warm up and we have been able to take advantage of the nice sunny days. For Christmas, I got Jason a mountain bike and he's been using it every chance he gets. He loves biking, and we work with a lot of really active people so he always has buddies to go with.

Last weekend we went to Zions with some friends, and the boys went mountain biking while the girls went hiking. It was so beautiful. I love that place. There is nothing quite like looking up at the bright red cliffs surrounding you. We hiked the Emerald Pools trail, and there were pretty waterfalls to see. I would post pics, but i didn't have my camera with me! See Jill's website for some... :) I hope that we are able to go on little weekend excursions more and more over the summer. Gas prices aren't going to help too much with that, but you do what you gotta do!

As for our work life, I'm finally getting used to my new position at work. It took a while for me to get adjusted, because I got thrown into the position without my training or warning! I like it though--my team is a lot of fun. On Monday I get to fly out to Florida to go to Designtex's National Sales Conference, which sounds like a lot of fun until you realize I don't have any time to enjoy Florida at all! I fly in at 5 pm, and leave the next day at 3 pm. Sad! I'm excited to go, but I wish I was able to play a bit more. Jason is still doing really well in the IT department. He definitely works in the best group at 3form. Everyone gets along really well, and he's learning a lot. I'm really proud of him.

In May Jason and I are going to get to go to New York. We are SO excited. Neither of us have ever been, so it will be our first time in the big city. I have to do a bit of work for a few days, but we get to play over the weekend. It's going to be awesome. I hope we can manage to fit all the things I want to see in that short amount of time! Wish me luck!! I think I will be taking advantage of the knock-off handbags while we're there...

Hmmm...what else is going on in our lives? Well, Jason and I have been going to the gym almost every morning. We be up in the gym just workin' on our fitness... Ha. It's good though--it's crazy how much my metabolism slowed down after high school! Yikes! My body is still getting used to waking up so early in the morning, but eventually it will turn into a habit and I won't be so tired. At least that's what I tell myself anyway!

Speaking of high school--I recently found all my home videos that I recorded in high school. All the classics--Mexico, trying to turn the truck around in the garage, sumo-wrestling in padded suits, my birthday parties with boxing... There are a LOT of good memories in those tapes that I had forgotten about. I'm hoping to get them put into digital format and make a good memory clip. It will be a lot of fun remembering.

Well, this is a good update for now. I may need some more reminders to update more frequently, but this is a start! :)

I'm so glad that you got back on your blog. I'm so addicted now. I hope you made it home ok...did you make your connection? So sorry about not visiting. We really needed a weekend AWAY...you know what I mean. I still love you though. Oh, and you're not the only one that has turned sunnsno around in the garage. I had to once because the garage door broke and I had to get somewhere. Mom and dad were gone so we backed the other cars out and around it went....I thought I had skills too!
